The days of our lives are expressed like the flower. 

They are a reflection of our soil or our heart. 

To display a life of beauty, nourish your soul with what is beautiful. 

Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, 

and pure, and lovely, 

and admirable.

Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.

We can nourish our hearts with all sorts of sustenance. 

For today make a point of finding what is lovely. Or maybe what is admirable. Not only does it strengthen us but it inevitably points us back to the Giver of good.
